Two buildings face each other. Both with metal entry doors and constructed in cement blocks. The larger measures 30m2 and the second building is 20m2.
2 wells provide water all year round. The newer well is made in concrete rings and could easily be capped. This has water all year. The second well is an older granite one which provides a winter overflow.
There are a wide variety of fruit trees including apple, pear, plum, orange, quince and fig. The land offers vines for wine making and is well laid out for growing. The land is mostly walled and fenced.
Land wise it is a long rectangle in shape and is flat and very manageable.
Access is generally good and may even accommodate a small caravan or camper van. It is not far from a quiet tarmac road.
Mains electricity and water are in front of the property.
